Have you tried ParetoLogic Privacy Controls software?
Computers record every action we perform and simply hitting the delete button does not actually remove those files from the computer. I use ParetoLogic Privacy Controls and have found that it does an excellent job of completely erasing all of my unwanted files including Internet, search, and Instant Messaging histories, graphics and videos.
